No funds ever pass directly between buyers and sellers. Every transaction flows through our regulated escrow system — protecting both parties at every stage.
Buyer Places Order
The buyer initiates a purchase and funds are immediately transferred to a regulated third-party escrow account — not to the seller. Funds are completely ring-fenced.
Seller Ships Asset
Once escrow is confirmed, the seller is notified and ships the asset using our recommended fully-insured, tracked logistics partner (Brink's or Malca-Amit).
Authentication at Arrival
The asset is inspected and authenticated by our accredited team upon arrival. Weight, purity, serial numbers and certificates are all verified against the original listing.
Buyer Confirmation
The buyer has a 72-hour review window to confirm receipt and satisfaction. Any discrepancy triggers a formal dispute resolution process with our mediation team.
Funds Released to Seller
Upon buyer confirmation, escrow releases funds to the seller within 1-3 business days via bank wire. The transaction record is permanently logged on our secure audit trail.

Global Exchange partners exclusively with Transpact Escrow (UK FCA authorised) and Escrow.com for all transactions. Escrow accounts are held in segregated, interest-bearing accounts at Barclays Private Bank, ensuring complete buyer and seller protection.
